Use vitamin C for colds, flu, bacterial or viral infection.
Two pictorial examples bring light into the darkness!
Countless people are affected daily by harmless to severe diseases that have a viral or bacterial origin. The effects are of various kinds. These can be mild colds, flu, skin rashes, mild to severe headaches, fatigue to apathy, swelling and much more. Understanding what is happening in the body helps to counteract it.
Each person reacts differently to the above-mentioned diseases according to their belief system. One seeks healing in pharmaceutical products, the other in natural products. Ultimately, this is his or her decision-making power and responsibility, unless there is a risk to the general public. In the latter case, the protocols and procedures laid down by law must be followed. This article discusses the path of natural healing.
People who already follow a healthy lifestyle, take daily minerals & vitamins, freshly squeezed juices, fruits & salads and generally eat healthy food, as well as exercise, are nevertheless attacked by viruses and bacteria, leading to outbreaks of disease. This causes uncertainty among those affected. Many therefore ask themselves why they still get sick.
Example 1
If you are very thirsty and only drink a small glass of water, it will only quench it for a few minutes, after which the thirst will reappear. The reason for this is: the organism has been supplied with insufficient fluid. Sufficient supply plays a weighty role in quenching thirst. To exaggerate, you cannot drink a large glass of water in the morning and hope to be thirst-free for the next few days. The body needs a certain level of fluid. As soon as it falls below this level, it sends the signal of thirst, asking for a refill.
Example 2
Let us go back in our minds to the 18th century. Imagine a barracks under attack in wartime. The commander-in-chief has 10,000 soldiers at his disposal. On the outer walls he has placed 500 soldiers for defence, who are to beat back the enemy army with a strength of 20,000 soldiers. The rest are in their quarters waiting for further orders to deploy. The enemy army is attacking continuously from all sides with 2,000 soldiers, after which 9 more ranks are deployed for resupply. The enemy commander-in-chief’s aim is to punch holes in the barracks’ defensive line. Soldiers fall on both sides in the firefight. Because of the better positioning on the outer wall of the barracks, three times as many soldiers fall for the enemy. But the enemy commander-in-chief sends supplies non-stop. If a soldier falls, the next one immediately takes his place.
The first attack wave achieved some breakthroughs in the outer wall, so that the enemy soldiers enter the barracks through this and cause greater damage. They now control the entire outer wall within a few hours due to the fire from outside as well as inside. Thus the army of the barracks has lost the advantage of its better position on the outer wall. In the following hours, the army of the barracks is annihilated by a superior number of incoming enemy soldiers. It ultimately loses the battle, which could have led to victory if it had been fought in the right way.
What could you have done better as commander-in-chief? How could you have won this battle?
The solution is very simple. At the outer wall you have the advantage that for every soldier you have fallen, 3 of the enemy fall. This is your strongest position, which must be defended and which also decides on victory. You would only have had to send supplies for every fallen soldier. With the 3:1 advantage, the battle would have been in your favour.
This battle example gives a clearer picture in the case of a virulent or bacterial attack. The barracks represent the human body. The attacker’s soldiers represent viruses or bacteria. They are also called substances of death or destruction. Those of the body stand for vitamins & minerals and are also called substances of life or order. Before an illness such as flu breaks out, a person usually feels weak and low. This is the first sign that a “battle” is taking place in the body. Those who respond inadequately will eventually get flu, for example. In this phase, the outer walls are under constant fire. Blood measurements at this stage show that vitamin A and C levels in particular drop rapidly close to zero. This is equivalent to the first breakthroughs in the outer wall. At this stage, the organism is very weakened and therefore also correspondingly susceptible.
If you only take your juices, vitamins & minerals in the morning, they will be used up in the 1st at the latest in the 2nd wave of attack by the disease-causing microorganisms, which means that the immune system no longer has sufficient reserves and is therefore brought to its knees. In addition, vitamin C, E and beta-carotene are only stored in the body for a short period of time, which is why a regular supply should be taken. In order to be able to fend off all waves of attack, it is important, as in the barracks example, to ensure an appropriate supply by supplying the body with vitamins and minerals every 2 hours. For virulent or bacterial diseases, taking 1 gram each of vitamin C and cinnamon every 2 hours has long been proven to be effective. Cinnamon is an antioxidant and contains vitamins A and C, as well as the minerals zinc, potassium, magnesium and manganese.
In the case of acute illness, it is also recommended to take the same amount of vitamins and minerals, freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices, which are taken in the morning, every 6 hours for a period of 72 – 96 hours. This keeps the reserves constantly high so that the immune system can do its fascinating work optimally. This is what an attack by exogenous pathogens is all about: continuity, so that one’s own defence lines cannot be breached by the pathogenic army!
The literature is full of positive reports and studies that confirm the approach presented here. The following is a small excerpt from these:
- Dr. Fred R. Klenner proved in his papers published in 1949 that taking 1 gram of vitamin C every two hours for 48 hours eliminates measles infection[1].
- Dr. U. Strunz wrote in his book The Vitamin Revolution: “If you notice that you are coming down with a cold, you should immediately take 1000 milligrams of vitamin C every hour for the next six hours. Vitamin C is absorbed by your immune cells and makes them really active. Less is not effective! This was confirmed again in a vitamin C study from the year 2000: 263 students were given 1000 milligrams of vitamin C every hour for the first six hours when they first had cold symptoms, and 1000 milligrams three times a day thereafter. The cold symptoms decreased by 85 percent compared to a group that only took 1000 milligrams of vitamin C once a day. … The vitamin C requirement in the immune cells multiplies during a viral infection. Not much can be done with less than 5 grams. Hardliners even take vitamin C up to the limit of diarrhoea. That is about 10 to 15 grams.” [2]
- Prof. Blaurock-Busch wrote on p. 62 about the orthomolecular therapy of shingles: “The intravenous administration of 1g vitamin C per hour (= 10g vitamin C daily) achieved a complete cure within three days in all 327 patients (Zurelck M.:The treatment of shingles and herpes with vitamin C intraveneously, 1950)” [3].
The successes of vitamin C when taken regularly are impressive. High cure rates have been reported for allergies, asthma, shingles, hepatitis, whooping cough, schizophrenia, depression, cancer, stomach ulcers, headaches, migraines, vasoconstriction and many more.
In this article, vitamin C was discussed as a priority. Depending on the disease, other vitamins and minerals play an important role in the healing process when taken in the right combination and at the right intervals. AYIO-Q provides application protocols for various complaints, which are available with the AYIO-Q module.
The consultation of a naturopathic doctor who is familiar with the form of therapy presented here can support the healing process. The positive information of the drinking water via the ÁYIO-Q module can also be used preventively, or also in the case of acute illness. It is one of the best investments in preventive health care that one can make.
